Switch to Left View and Bevel the cap polyon 7 times upwards and then 3 times downwards trying to obtain a shape similar to the one in the picture.
In the Top View create a Sphere and move it to the top of our geometry (parameters: Radius: 30; Segments: 32; Hemisphere: 0.45).
Scale the Sphere on the Z axis to about 70% of the original size. Then right-click it and convert it to Editable Poly.
