In this tutorial you will learn how to quickly make a simple, yet sleek ring shape and we also drop a little 'diamond' on top at the end.
Start with a pretty thin Tube primitive, with 3 Height Segments, one Cap Segment and about 32 Sides. Turn Slice On and Slice From 340 to 0.
Apply an Edit Poly modifier and select about 9 polygons as shown in our image.
